Lior Ron, Founder and CEO
Lior oversees one of the world’s most comprehensive logistics networks with more than $18 billion in freight under management (FUM). Over the past decade, Lior has been at the helm of some of the most exciting technological developments, including digitizing the physical world at Google with Maps, spearheading sweeping advancements to autonomous transportation as co-founder of Otto, and driving innovation at Motorola Mobility (acquired by Google).
Laurent Hautefeuille, Head of BD, Strategy & Planning
Laurent leads Uber Freight’s strategy and planning teams, globally. Before joining Uber, Laurent served as Cisco’s Head of Business Development for wireless, switching, routing, and IoT connectivity. He also spent five years at Lazard, a global financial advisory firm, working in both San Francisco and Paris on technology investment banking, and another 5 years in the energy space at Électricité de France, with work spanning across business development and finance.
Danielle Lambertz, Head of Finance
Danielle spearheads Uber Freight’s financial strategy and operations with more than 20 years of diversified and comprehensive leadership, accounting, and financial experience, including “Big 4” public accounting. She’s held financial leadership roles across Fortune 100 companies including American Airlines and McKesson.
Raj Subbiah, Head of Product
Raj leads Uber Freight’s product and data science teams. He comes to Uber Freight from Yelp, where he led a range of product teams for over five years, most recently as VP of Marketplaces for the global review platform. Prior to Yelp, Raj served for nearly five years at Microsoft, improving the relevance, recall and user experience of the Bing search product.
Leigh Robinson, Head of People
Leigh Robinson has 20 years of global human resources experience with a concentrated focus in creating and executing talent strategies to drive business growth. Additionally, she has depth in driving change management, talent development, DEIB, organizational design, functional transformation and more.
Tim Hinson, Head of Transportation Management
Tim Hinson is a seasoned supply chain management and logistics leader with a wealth of industry experience, bringing a strategic and results-driven approach to managed transportation programs and strategies. His commitment to operational excellence, combined with his ability to navigate and adapt to the evolving transportation landscape, make him a key driver of success for Uber Freight.
Nicole Phelan, Head of Marketing
Nicole designs, builds and scales marketing and communications programs. She’s supported more than 30 brands spanning from global Fortune 500 corporations to breakout technology startups. Most recently she served as Vice President of Marcom at Luminar Technologies.
Val Marchevsky, Head of Engineering
Val Marchevsky leads the company’s global engineering, research & development, and IT teams to deliver cutting-edge software, services and platforms enabling the future of logistics. Val is responsible for spearheading Uber Freight’s dynamic marketplace powered by AI and machine learning, helping to innovate the business’ software and build one of the best mobile apps in the logistics industry.
Chuck Papa, Head of TM Sales
Chuck Papa brings over 25 years of logistics, operations, and supply chain expertise. Chuck has a strong track record in securing major accounts and enhancing revenue, profitability, and service quality. With prior leadership roles at General Electric and Penske Logistics, he boasts deep industry knowledge and a history of driving process improvements.
Dan Annunziata, Head of Commercial
Dan leads commercial sales at Uber Freight. With 15+ years at C.H. Robinson, he drove revenue growth while spearheading sales process transformation and talent development. A University of Dayton alum, he balances work with family life in Edina, MN. Dan is committed to building a world-class sales org, focusing on end-to-end solutions.
Suzanne Ginsburg, Head of Design
Suzanne leads the team shaping the end-to-end customer experience in a complex logistics ecosystem. With a background spanning organizations like Flexport, Intuit, Yahoo! and Disney, Suzanne is a published author, speaker, and instructor. She holds degrees from Cornell University and UC Berkeley’s School of Information with extensive experience teaching at the graduate level.
D'Andrae Larry, Head of Intermodal
D’Andrae Larry oversees the company’s intermodal product lines and offerings and helps Uber Freight’s clients actualize their supply chain, carbon reduction, and efficiency goals, harnessing the power of Uber Freight’s leading technology and service platform. Prior to Uber Freight, D’Andrae led successful freight strategies at Norfolk Southern Corporation and BNSF Railroad, where he held senior leadership positions.
Todd Souder, Head of Brokerage
Todd leverages 15+ years of supply chain expertise to redefine procurement processes, business relationships, and payments. With an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in Supply Chain Management from Miami University, he previously served as COO and Head of International at Coyote Logistics, driving domestic and global expansion.
Ben Enriquez, Head of Mexico Logistics & Customs
With 25 years of logistics experience in Mexico and the US, Ben brings a wealth of industry experience in cross-border transportation, including truckload, LTL, flatbed, intermodal, and multimodal, as well as supply chain and freight optimization. His accolades include the CSCMP Innovation Award for collaboration with Daltile, Whirlpool, Werner Ladder, and Convermex.
Adam Bentley, Head of Legal
Adam has helped guide Uber Freight’s growth from its launch in 2017 to a multi-billion dollar revenue business. Prior to joining Uber Freight, Adam was a corporate attorney focused on mergers and acquisitions at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
